Calvary Community Care ACT

Calvary were suppose to set up domestic care for my mum they said after contacting me Tuesday they would ring Thursday and set it all up, no phone call. I rang them on Friday no apology for not returning call just told no one here can deal with this they will pass on the message. Useless do not use these people they cannot get it right from the start. They need to be dissolved they are registered with age care but not for long i am going to make sure they are removed form their contacts

My mum and I have had a very good experience with Calvary as her HCP provider. Case Managers are extremely important in helping us navigate the agreements and funding levels. Our current Case Manager is amazing and has been especially supportive, making us aware of the services available for our funding level and implementing the help my mum needs after a couple of hospital admissions. I have been very happy with Calvary and our Case Manager and the team. Thank you all.

Absolutely pathetic with their communication!!!!! Don't bother.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The most incompetent, useless, unorganised, unprofessional mess of a business I have ever come across. Truely shocked this type of company is in business and I regret ever dealing with them.

Bloody useless they can't clean or iron always watching the time caught one in time wanting to clean the kitchen bench with the same cloth that was used for the toilet they have no idea about colour coded cleaning what a useless bunch of fucktarts
