Founded in 2004 in Adelaide, HenderCare (HCP) has grown to support communities across WA, VIC, NSW, ACT, TAS and QLD. We provide care for people with disability, older Australians and those needing clinical or hospital-related support, always keeping the individual at the centre.
Our team includes nurses, therapy professionals, support workers, domestic assistants and home-and-garden crews. We coordinate services to fit each person’s goals and routine, with responsive scheduling and thoughtful matching of staff and supports.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with HenderCare for the past 2 years. I have been able to form rapport with my clients and feel supported by the organisation. I find the work incredibly rewarding and recommend HenderCare to anybody considering to join the team!
I am very happy with the services I get from Hendercare. Simone is a nice person and I feel comfortable with her in my house. Miki also takes me shopping which helps me a lot.
