I had written a review stating why I was so unhappy with with this service provider, 365care called and a message was left from one of the managers for me to contact her to discuss my feedback, I felt to be fair I would take down the feedback temporarily until I spoke to them about my concerns, but unfortunately once I took down my review and returned their call they ignored my messages and phone calls. I guess they thought they didn’t need to now that it’s been taken down ! Just the lack of care , A example of this They called me within a day of me leaving my review. They were able to do that. They had the time yet. They’d asked me to be reviewed by a nurse to get a communication device as they wanted to be covered of course I had to pay for when she came. She did a full assessment and realise that a lot things had been overlooked for my care probably because I don’t have a case manager still !! The nurse wrote her report on my health and needs for my care and her recommendations for my care , I never got the report until I started chasing it up. She made the recommendations to 365care Like physiotherapy , lymphoma Massage dietary needs she did a memory test as I’ve been struggling with my memory and ask to apply for the extra help etc. After putting the recommendations in I waited 1st to get the report and 2nd to get things put in place with her recommendations and get a case manger which I have not had for 6 months , they never contact me about the report They never mentioned it. They’ve never said anything about the report or put anything in place , but they have the time to call me about a review until I took it down of course, no contact was made by 365care they did nothing about the report just filed it away never mentioning it again . Even after the nurse tried to chase it up! These two events happen in the same period of time. Yet the only phone call I got was to discuss my review, I’d temporarily taken down to be fair until we had spoken but once taken I’d taken down my review my messages left and confirm they got them and phone calls were ignored I was just ghosted, I was ignored and my calls never returned to discuss feedback. So they had time to talk about a review until I took it down but no time to talk about my care to this day. Or a case manager which I pay for! In the end. I ended up in hospital some of the concerns the nurse had were the reasons for such a long admission , Hospital asked me to contact my carer to be able to get my medications from Home as this was not a planned admission which she did and of course was paid for with my package and was very thankful for but after being told I still needed to be in Hospital and had no personal items and no one to help , as my friend wasn’t available either and they were aware of this The nurses asked me to ask again for my carer to be able to help under my social support to purchase what I need they said no it wasn’t aloud ! They had no care for my needs at all. They carers are great but their hands are tied to the owners who run this as a money making business opportunity no care involved on so many levels cutting corners to save money e.g. by not Providing me with a case manager for 6 months yet charging me for one. I would not recommend this service to anybody. The only reason I’m still there is because of the care workers
Not happy. Unable to arrange lawn mowing for me. Never received a copy of original digitally signed contract or liteneasy discount item. Accounts not received in reasonable time. Failed to fulfil initial undertakings.
