Accessible Diversity Services Initiative Limited is a community-based not-for-profit championing multicultural inclusion, access and fairness. We welcome people of all backgrounds, with a focus on refugees, migrants and culturally and linguistically diverse communities in Central and Western Sydney. Our purpose is to reduce hardship and disadvantage and help people build skills, confidence and opportunity. 0 star I had terrible experience with staff her name was Selvi,she pretend to help me to provide financial assistance however she did nt and denied what she would help me and lied me some occasions,it looks she discriminate from my background, this kind of staff work like this community and get good references to find better job via this ADSI , it seems there is support behind her if someone complain her Thank you for respond I agreed you have restrictive fund that why she pretended to help financial but she did nt,in fact she helped ADSI to save fund that works for your office and secure more her occupation, instead help me it looks she manipulated me,genuinely i did nt expected you support her what she did to me After that Once I called adsi for food voucher the receptionist told do I speak main Indian language !! I said I can speak English after that I asked her I need food voucher I was hearing on the phone she was consulting with other lady she said to me she gave me food voucher $100 I asked her when did she gave me food voucher told her look at system then she changed(second veriation lie) and said to me I lost food voucher and asked her again if I lost it when she gave me food voucher and she did nt provide me when she gave me food voucher because she did nt give me food voucher and changed variation (3RD LIE )she said to me 600 people are in waiting list ans she will call me later I shocked during conversations on the phone she was consulting with other lady what to say to me which I was hearing that ,I asked her name few times she did nt provide her name and she said excuses for her privacy did nt give her name which very strange she knew she s lying to me did want give her name,I give my contact detail to her to give Manager to call me but Manager did nt call me because she did nt want to give my contact details to her manager, I know Most your client have security from their home country and some others had $ problems from their home country and came to this country for people who have security from their home country that I believe you agree probably they are suffering mental issues, they do nt deserve this kind attitudes some of your staff treat with them,my advice can you please consider who are you employing with and who he or she will deal the people, it looks there s discrimination and racism from staff attitudes it s quite understandable there is no honesty at some staff and no supervision for this staff and they are not under your management ,it s make sense to me some staff have support to employe in your office by high level authorities. I hope you understand circumstances.
