Established in 1986 by registered nurse Michelle Price OAM, Allcare Nursing and Community Services began as a small, home‑based service and has grown into a well-regarded provider across the Central Coast. From early adoption of trained nursing assistants in the 1990s to co-creating community respite programs for people living with disability or dementia and their carers, Allcare has a long history of practical innovation. The team delivers tailored support that helps people stay safe, well and independent at home, while continuing to back local respite initiatives that make a real difference.

Posting on behalf of our family regarding the care my parents received from Allcare Nursing Services. We will be forever grateful for the support we received in allowing our parents to remain in their own home for as long as possible. From the personal care they received, the meal preparation, clinical care, social support and the cleaning we could not have navigated this very difficult time without Allcare's support and guidance. Thank you so much for the many years of support.

I can't thank Allcare Nursing & Community Services enough for the amazing care they provided to my 95-year-old Nana. From day one, it was clear the team honestly cares about both their clients and staff. The admin team puts in so much time and effort to make sure everything runs smoothly, not just for Nana, but for all their staff too. It’s not an easier job and their hard work often goes unnoticed, but you can really see it in the personalised care Nana received. The attention to personal requirements and friendly support they offer is second to none! We’re truly grateful for everything they do to make our life easier. Thanks so much, Allcare!

Absolutely disgusting from a clients prospective and from a support workers prospective *Acns do not implement homecare packages when dva packages are increased to hightercare= more services. Nil result * When sw phones office to speak W particular admin person as requested by client, weather is rosters or clinical RNs , they do not attend to the phone , instead ACN have a receptionist take all calls including clinical that the reception has zero registration for * As a worker I missed a phone call from ACN at end of day after 4pm, in response to missing call, ACN illegally re remove a ship I had attended, I observe this behaviour to be nothing more than power play and the CEO response was to protect management W a really lame lie as a response, intern I resigned *The office responds to situations W toxicity and zero diplomacy * Client upset , client is told to go to another company , If only the owners new how unsuccessful their company is becoming W their daughter as CEO. AM and PM Medication is often given too close together! office admin are in positions untrained and inexperienced, *ACN continuously given then remove shifts *ACN appear to win business award lol clearly ACN have a good rapport W pannel to be winning yr after yr, I mean it's certainly not the consumer in this business voting ? If the client voted I believe ACN will book a date W the commision not an awards night lol I would not recommend acns to ANYONE ,

While l was visiting an uncle from interstate and spending a few weeks with him he had a company called Allcare nursing services who helped him with his cleaning services and personal care. I would just like to say that l have never ever seen to my delight such dedication and prestine care ,support and kindness from a company before. Well done to such a professional organisation . I got to meet quite a few staff members and all were the same lovely staff.

UNETHICAL, POORLY TRAINED & IRRESPONSIBLE Until recently I thought they were pretty good, but this changed: 1. One of their Helper Workers TOOK my Stainless-Steel Thermos flask. That was a few weeks ago. She hasn't returned it and won’t respond to my SMS messages. 2. More recently a Helper Workers was booked for FOUR HOURS. For the first HALF HOUR she sat and talked drinking my coffee rather than working. Then left more the HALF HOUR earlier than her allocated time. So, it’s likely she has booked that she did the FULL FOUR HOURS rather than the THREE HOURS she actually worked. 3. This next part was a bit pernicious; she started talking about her husband who had died of Cancer. So, a DEATH DISCUSSION was INITIATED BY HER. As the conversation progressed I imparted that the owner was selling, and I had to move because the owner has a BRAIN TUMOR and is dying. So, the DEATH DISCUSSION she initiated continued. Having a compassionate ear and not having a phobia or fear of death I shared methods of dying I had heard about. She laughed what I shared. 4. However, this obviously progressed downwards. 5. Maybe she hadn’t understood HYPOTHETICALS, PLANS, INTENT, & DECISIONS are all quite different. 6. Later, I received a call from her supervisor blasting away about the discussion. A supervisor who (i) wasn’t there, and (ii) only got an abridged version of the conversation from the Helper Worker, possibly stilted to suit hers or the Helper Worker purposes. (maybe to show they are on top of it or something. Maybe they both had a hard week, but not relevant). 7. While I understand they have a DUTY of CARE, they are not experts in Me. And it seems they don't have an innate ability to discern the difference between HYPOTHETICALS, PLANS, INTENT, & DECISIONS. So, for their incapacity to assess and grasp nuances, subtleties and other issues, the ear-blasting was thrust with non-veracity my way. This was unnerving as I had just woken from a short daytime nap and an ear-bashing wasn't healthy or appropriate in any way. 8. To compound things further, these people who are supposed to take care of their clients (patients) had called the Police. 9. The Police arrived and were equally mis-informed, they hurled questions at me that were just as stilted. This caused further unnecessary anxiety, so I haven't slept well since). 10. I thanked the Police for coming, acknowledged they do a good job, and asked them to leave and that their visitation was unnecessary. NB: to have a fully armed Person appearing unexpectedly at the door, to many Veterans and Ex-Military people, it's triggering to be confronted by that fully armed Protector/Combatant who has firearms, taser, handcuffs, baton, amour vest (approx 11kgs of armaments purposeful to kill and maim) and these people are trained to do damage. In other countries they have progressed to Ambulance First Responders to address any possible issues as such, in Australia suppression and violence seems to be an early preference for Police who drag people away to 'scheduled', which seems to be tantamount to a Gestapo style psychological interrogation by a Psychiatrist and a Court appointed Legal person. In the incarceration the victim is forcibly administered un-approved drugging, forced medication without consent and their GP's knowledge, they are sleep deprived and incur physiological extreme abuses over several days. The combined efforts from both All Care and the Police seemed to indicate that intent (maybe for their buddies to get weekend overtime payments). While my age and health aren’t that good, with certain conditions I prefer to not be triggered by either ignorant and lying Cleaner/ Care Workers, or mis-informed Police, whose intentions may be good but in fact cause additional stresses triggering me. I am now considering taking this case further to appropriate decision-makers who can ensure appropriate and beneficial behaviors from those people are actually delivered, and maybe seeking an adequate recourse for their mis-aligned and inappropriate actions.
