App is only fair at best. Only works when it wants to. Only some of the changes made via the app are actioned. Call back service is now not available according to staff. That is if you can get someone to answer the phone! According to the recording the call back service is still available. AND they will get back to you a.s.a.p. Good thing I kept trying to contact Anglicare. It only took 5 call backs before call number 6 was answered last week. After my second call today. 1 being a call back request. The 2nd call was actually answered by a person! it was explains when the service hasn’t worked for the last couple of weeks!!! I wish anyone dealing with Anglicare at home the best of luck.

The admin, communication and scheduling of my mums care is frustration and challengung. on hold for at least 40 mins listening to a cracking tune on repeat. My emails are rarely acknowledged. I can only assumed they are short staffed. Only given 24 hrs notice of care which is difficult when there is a pre arranged. Different care worker arrives each time. No consistency.

A while back I decided not to continue with Anglicare so I changed my provider for a one I thought was better. It was something that I regretted , because I missed the happy cheerful smiles. I then had enough of the provider I had then because they were very miserable and surly. I didn’t know how quick I wanted to get back to the Anglicare provider. Because they’re happy cheerful caring people.
