Such compassionate people in Dementia Caring make me have hope in humanity!
I would like to thank your services Smithfield division for their excellent support. Your case manager, Yen Nguyen and her staffs Yen provided timely and helpful advice regarding the care for my mother in law. Yen was extremely attentive and she listened to all our concerns with a great deal of patience. She has a caring approach and she is a true professional. Please accept my gratitude towards her and the care staff for their efficient services. I would especially like to commend Yen and her staff for their professionalism and superlative skills.

Poor communications. Worst of all the carer actually taken money from my family member and the company didn't want to now about it. I don't know about you guys have u spoken to Michaela Brown (operations) all she does is laugh when you call her. Please contact me to support my mother case to AGE CARE. This organization needs to be audited and put on ALERT!
Dementia Caring is a very good service provider and i would recommend it. I am very happy with their service.
