Staff attitude towards client from first phone contact to coordinators to individual carer. All are always polite helpful and leave me with a very positive feel thank you
It is sad to see that the organization has put up a big website but nowhere we can see their email address (not even in the contact details). The enquiry submission button does not work
My experience using Leora has been nothing short of a nightmare . Ruined my life
