The WORST at communication which now makes sense as to why they have a very high constant turn-over rate with therapists and other employees. My friend is on her 3rd therapist in the last couple of months because they quit. We also hear that they also do not give raises/merit pay. I am writing as an advocate for my friend who does not want their name attached for fear of retribution.

First impression meeting my son’s first possible therapist was pleasant … it was our intake appointment and she leads with telling us she will not be his therapist but that she would get us transferred shortly after. Smh then the second therapist that called said he couldn’t fit within the scheduling parameters I needed that he was going to get me transferred to another therapist. That was over a month ago and we have not heard back from them.

My daughter was just seen by the therapist Andrea and she was absolutely atrocious! My poor kid is post partum and worse off now than before the appt!! She was going for Post partum and instead was told she needed GOD, that her problems were related to things in her past that were NOT appropriate to bring up and threatened her with CPS if she doesn't come back next week and for something that is COURT ORDERED with her ex. So many more horrible things said but need not be put down. Thank god I heard it all. I have calls into EVERYONE and am SO angry for her. THIS is what is wrong with the american health care system. As a nurse I do my fair share of therapeutic care and I would NEVER tell a mom God is the reason you have anxiety and your life feels like a mess. This was a send out from her original insurance and I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
