A big thank you to Natasha Glock who has helped me finally been able to get the things that I needed thanks again Natasha
At one stage I was really happy as pays were quick but something has happened there because it has been TERRIBLE in the last 2 months, I have been waiting a week or even more which is UNACCEPTABLE considering NDIS only take a day to do their end of the part. Very unhappy ? An updated version of this story is that I was contacted by Tilly in regards to this matter. She was very helpful and took care of what I needed but unfortunately in the last month or so it has deteriorated to the point of no return. Why can't people just do their job, theirs really isn't that hard!!!
I am pretty disappointed with constant excuses,lies and being told that someone will call back and they don't. Whatever is going on they need to get their act together.
I am very satisfied with the professional and consistent care and support I have received from my Age Care Provider - PlanCare. Thank you to everyone that I have spoken with from PlanCare, since 2024 to date, especially my lovely CO-CARE partner Serin.
