very disappointing. Think again if looking to put your treasured parent here.
Took my mum on a tour of this place and I would gladly put my name down to stay here, what lovely place ,gardens are beautiful and well looked after such a tranquil setting, only 48 residents and absolutely lovely and inviting, all staff that we saw were happy and friendly, would be very happy if mum decided when she is ready to stay( would love Mum with me but Melbourne is to cold for her
My father has lived here 2.5 years and my mum one year before passing. This is an excellent facility. The staff are professional and courteous and exhibit the highest standard of care. The property is gorgeous and well maintained, it’s own private valley with beautiful outdoor areas. Highly recommended.
