Terrible service by Jassy!!
Well trained carers. My mother enjoys her respite day activities making new friends.Their pick up & return home service always on time. Great service to our community.
Don’t use this company. My parents were given this service as part of an aged care package. On one occasion they tried to charge my parents for services which the men never completed. The reason I know was because I was there on the day they reported they came and they did not. They then tried to say they continued to come to their home when they were not home. Interesting because if that was the case how did the get passed the pit bull in the yard. They told us they had a signature saying that they did the job. Not sure how if they were not home. On another occasion one of the men injured himself in the first five minutes they were there and left to go to the hospital. My parents were charged for all of them considering two had left. When my parents stated they would not pay for two men who were not there Multilink threatened to take them to court. Please be mindful when using this service especially if you have older family members who do not question whether services occurred or not.
