Operating since 1975, Bur‑Del Co‑Operative delivers affordable, culturally responsive rental homes for Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander, Australian South Sea Islander and non‑Indigenous households across the Burdekin and Townsville regions. The portfolio includes 38 houses, a complex of 30 one‑bedroom units, four separate two‑bedroom units, plus management of five additional two‑bedroom properties within community housing.
