With a team of more than 1,600 employees, Carinity supports over 15,000 people each year through home care, residential aged care and retirement living, plus education, counselling, youth accommodation, mental health, disability supports and other community programs. The organisation is supported by Queensland Baptists and is part of the Baptist Care Australia network.

The management of this particular division of Carinity are uncaring, unreliable, and unwilling to accept any feedback from clients. I had expected that a Christian organisation would have done better; and although all the support workers were lovely, the management have failed to provide support when I needed it the most.
