Optimise Health and Wellness delivers team-based allied health care with a whole-of-person focus. Established in January 2018 with a small occupational therapy–led team, strong community support has helped us grow to 55 staff working across varied services and roles.
Our group programs cater to different ages and goals, including OPTISPIES—a play-based social and emotional group for primary school children; a Parkinson’s exercise pathway informed by PD Warrior principles; therapeutic fishing activities; and community social exercise groups.
