Try ringing, never get through! Very frustrating
Management pretend they are hearing you and listen but it's all gas lighting and smoke and mirrors. They dont care about their elderly residents, its always after the fact when they are trying to clean up mistakes and errors. No child of a elderly parent should have to scream so hard and advocate for their rights to safety and dignity and still feel like they are not being heard.
