Customer service is non existent and they can be exceedingly rude, with no justification. Avoid if possible.

The most unprofessional, disorganised company I have ever had to deal with. Severe lack of communication, incorrect invoicing , shifts are not confirmed ,support co ordination below standard. Check your NDIS funds/ invoices if you deal with. They have no understanding of what is required for thorough domestic care yet charge $49.16 per hour. Having qualifications in Aged Care and HACC and a former cleaning business this company rarely gets in right. Easier to deal with Centrelink

Severe shortage of experienced personal carers. Administration and communication, appalling. They are lucky to have the odd exceptional personal carer, but a very poorly run organisation.
