About time this govt company got up with the times and email out accounts and allow direct debit so elderly carers can get bills for them by email and have it direct debited ?

Been back a few times since. The front desk staff are lovely and very polite. The psychiatrist I was sent to see was just awful. Opinionated and demanding. She wasn't happy unless I cried. She made me feel uncomfortable and valueless. She kept demanding dates and specific medication names dating back to 1996. Impossible to remember. She didn't believe most of what I told her. And told me the mind plays tricks on us when we want to remember things. I remember being abused as a child! I remember Work Place Bullying and Harassment and subsequent Suicide attempts in 1996. I would NEVER see her again. She didn't listen to ME. She wanted me to take medication already on my banned list. And tried to imply I didn't have the illness I was diagnosed with in 1996 but something else, which she never told me what it was. A bit silly that! I had seen a couple of psychiatrists since 1996. Not one of them suggested my original diagnosis was incorrect. However, this lady, after ONE short meeting, decided she knew more than any other psychiatrist I had previously seen . Sounds a bit fishy to me!! Make wise choices. Don't go there just because the Government sends you there.

Lady who comes does cleaning for my wife is great hence 4 stars but admin alot to be desired change times no notification as waited today 1pm no cleaner phned up to be told cleaner co.ing 2.2p pm so had to cancel as time doesn't work for us and it was like care factor 0 when speaking on phn.looks like trip to local m.p also they don't return phn.callswell happened again after speeking to lady incharge about situation the management dept is very poorly operated no communication left with no choice but to contact local m.p and tax payers money is paying for this non service.Also you get a good cleaner your happy with then for some reason you don't get them anymore i phoned up asked why reply was cleaner lives in Murray Bridge has to travel to far I'm in Tailembend 24 ks away nearly all cleaners come from Murray Bridge. last week had a cleaner from Lameroo alot further away so lady in charge i spoke to is telling lies good way to treat the elderly i bet not

I have had 7 operations over the last 2yrs and each time the nurses from the Murray Bridge Country Health Connect have taken care of me afterwards. At one stage they were doing my wound dressing almost daily for a year straight. The level of compassion and care I received was first class They are all absolute angels and I'm going to miss having them take care of me after future operations.

The care was terrible although pretending to be professional. They missed and wouldn't get a client medical care which turned out to be terminal cancer . Dispute people from the family asking them to do so.
