All those glowing reviews are forced as Viva asked workers to be kindly leave good reviews. In my experience you're not treated well as a support workers unless you're willing to have no life of your own and be ready to pick up whatever shifts they offer and then they'll like you. There was no desire to build an ongoing roster with me and even contacting the Operations Lead was useless. I resigned via email and I received no acknowledgement. The communicate is dire and their care/respect of staff is non-existent.
