This used to be a lovely, caring place with excellent staff. The budget has gone down the drain, and it is not worth sending family members here, as they will not be adequately fed. Not worth the cost.
Lovely people
At the moment I'm really not impressed with CBS with way I have been spoken to on the phone having to ring them on the weekends to find out where the community support worker is as it's 10.30 and my dear mum is waiting for breakfast and I feel they never listen to me and my concerns it is really starting to get me down this service is supposed to take stress off me not put extra stress on me which is exactly what they are doing maybe it is time to find another servit
I appreciate the Young Carers program
All the workers I've met have been, helpful, supportive, truly amazing. CBS employ a wide variety of people. From young women in their 20s to Woman in their mid 60's, They do a wonderful job at matching the correct worker to the needs and personality of the client. They arrive at your home doesnt matter what Kind of day they're having in their personal life. Always introduce themselves with a smile& their Id card. Their help gives you dignity.
