Corumbene Community Care Program is a not-for-profit with deep community roots dating back to the 1960s. We deliver connected health and community services that help older people live well and age with confidence.
We support people across the Derwent Valley, Central Highlands, Southern Midlands, Greater Hobart and Brighton. Our purpose is to lift community health and wellbeing through quality, innovative care, guided by values of teamwork, respect, encouragement, honesty and responsible stewardship.
