After being reluctant to sign Mum up to Accent home care, we ended up doing so. I can confirm that there is not one bit of regret in doing so as James tended to my Mothers every need in the most warm, professional and compassionate way possible. Wouldn’t hesitate to reccomend Accent Home care and the lovely staff. Have also had dealings with Christine who was lovely too.

From the moment that Dad received confirmation of his my aged care package I tried to navigate finding a provider and despite reaching out to almost twenty services, Accent Care were the only service to take the time to understand Dad’s care needs and to assist with finding a solution to support him immediately and on an ongoing basis. I knew from my very first interactions that I was in the right place. Our wonderful Care Advisor Julie was exceptionally thorough, empathetic, kind and her follow up was outstanding. She was approachable and informative, working collaboratively with my father and myself to ensure that his care needs were addressed in a timely and client centric manner. He felt heard and considered as an individual. His regular home care assistants were special people who showed very genuine care, concern and a desire to make a real difference to Dad's quality of life. He looked forward to their regular visits and was so grateful for all that they did.
