AccessCare - Home Care Packages

I am more than appreciative of the support I receive from Access care. In particular the domestic support provided by Parinya who efficiently cleans my home and also occasionally helps me when I am ill or in pain with my laundry & bedding. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she is extremely kind and caring. I also appreciate the social support arranged by Belinda and her volunteers who have helped me with my dog whilst I have been too unwell to walk him. Coming home from a long hospital stay also afforded me other supports from assisted shopping to personal care & meals. Although I didn’t utilise all the services on offer I valued the opportunity of having them available if needed. I also occasionally use the maintenance service when needed mainly for home safety matters

We have services provided by Kingston AccessCare for my Mother. The staff both in the administration and the service providers are absolutely fantastic. We were unsure about getting personal services initially, but are so happy we did. The staff treat Mum with dignity and respect and are both professional and friendly at the same time. Everybody we have dealt with at Kingston AccessCare has been fantastic.

I have been with Access Care for many years. During that time , they managed not only my own but also my late husband’s Home Care Package . The unfailing kindness, care and efficiency of the team, especially our case manager , helped us through some difficult times. I would recommend Access Care without hesitation to anyone looking for a provider in this field.

Our family is happy with the service provided by AccessCare over the last few years. They are responsive to my mum’s care needs and always strive to keep the same support workers assigned to her.
