What an incredible team the Age Up staff are! My grandmother recently made the switch to Age Up Health and the difference in her care has been remarkable. The care managers are not only attentive but also take a holistic, person-centered approach, ensuring her well-being and encouraging her independence. After a fall, she lost a lot of confidence, but thanks to consistent physiotherapy visits and the constant encouragement from her care companion, she’s truly blossomed into a new woman!
Amazing and Supportive Company! I have found the staff at Age Up Health incredible. I would like to acknowledge all of the people in the office, from the Operations Manager Danielle, Case Manager Joanna and for Jess, Rohit and Raghav on how amazing they are, and, to say thank you. It's not lost on me how kind everyone is and how hard they work to make it all happen. Nothing is ever too difficult and they remain calm and empathetic. Age Up Health try their very best to match the right support person/carer with each individual client. Keep up the great work. In the 8 months I have been with Age Up Health I have been impressed and have felt supported in every way Mel A
Pathetic. They received reactivation code 21st April 2022. It's now 28th May 2022 and still no carers. Palmed mum off to Mable who did a no show. No accountability. They can do no wrong. So rather threaten me with maybe they're not for mum. What a cop out. In Brisbane they are still trying to get accreditation and use another company for compliance. No doubt someone will contact me with a threat and all my fault. In response to your response, I have the email in writing admitting Lets Get Care failed to activate the referral code, so I was left for 8 weeks without care, empty promises and You and Lets Get Care collectively chose to hold onto the approx amount of $20,000 plus to the last minute when My Aged Care also confirmed you were not even recorded as the Service Provider. So please, don't blame me. Take Accountability for your collective stuff up. You tried to send a Mable person who was under the influence of Beetlenut... although not illegal, its the same as having an alcoholic drink before a shift and being under the influence. I question your care.
