Alpha Support at Home grew out of a workforce provider that assisted older people and people living with disability across homes and healthcare settings. In 2023, it was established to sharpen its focus on helping older Australians stay independent at home. Existing in‑home aged care clients were transitioned to the new service, which is delivered by experienced managers and care teams who coordinate support around each person’s needs and goals.
