It’s beautiful place and I love to work with them
Do not use Brightwater. Shocking service and just a big money making machine. My father needed someone to give him his medication morning and night. Many times they just didn't turn up but still charged for it. Every week we had to check the webster blister packs as sometimes they would give the morning medication at night or vice versa, which was an issue because my dad had sleeping tablets at night. Brightwater told us that the same people will be looking after my father. But in a week my father could see 9 different people, Had to go through statements line by line each month and found extra incorrect charges, double counting of days from one month to the next. The closing balance from one month was different to the opening balance of the next month. Lots of errors and tooks months and lots of emails to get refunds. Strangely they never once mistakenly undercharged us.
Awlful service, never use these guys, cannot be trusted
