What a lovely place for seniors to come for bingo and 3 course lunch. The ppl working here are the sweetest and so helpful to everyone. Highly recommend if you have elderly parents at home they can come spend the day here and also they go on bus trips.
Unsatisfactory experience with this service provider due to their inadequate communication and poor customer service. The assigned case manager became unreachable while continuing to charge fees. This level of unprofessionalism is simply unacceptable.
